Jack Cunningham animates Rashida Jones' life for Google Play

Jack's film is the latest in the Google Play and BBH LA series of animated video interviews, collectively known as "California Inspires Me"; an ongoing partnership with Pop-up Magazine's publication California Sunday celebrating how the state of California has shaped and influenced careers of successful artists.

For the September Issue, the agency interviewed actress, screenwriter, comic book author and documentarian Rashida Jones.

Jack brings Rashida's words to colourful life in a wonderfully engaging animation sequence as she discusses how surprisingly normal life with a famous father can be, the subtle nuances that separate Northern and Southern California and Michael Jackson’s curious animal collection.

Look out for Jack's treatment of Michael Jackson's snake and the basic computer visuals of early technology into a teen non-romance.. entertaining stuff.

Jack has an enviable attention to detail, picking up the name of Michael Jackson’s snake, Muscles in a tongue that folds into an arm flex and re-appropriating the basic computer visuals of early technology into a teen non-romance. It’s an entertaining watch.
