These two shorts play with the idea of how inanimate, heavy objects might take on a personality if they could move through 3D space. The idea was test a nimble vfx approach, focussing on animation rather than heavy post production.
Using human rigs as a basis, Till brought these two very different structures to life, imagining how they might move if they had human or animal anatomy as a basis for the rules of movement. Employing the same technique, Till then experimented with how each structure might behave within the confines of its own physical properties.
