A massive congratulations to Marc & Emma who were listed in Variety’s top 10 Animators to Watch in 2021. Referencing their charming stop motion films, ‘Oh Willy’ and ‘The Magnificent Cake’ alongside the upcoming Netflix anthology, ‘The House’, Stuart Miller praised the duo’s animation and live-action backgrounds as the “perfect balance.”

Although the couple’s affinity with textiles and wool is undeniable they noted that working in this medium also presented challenges, “we use those constraints to inspire us and the storytelling comes from the inflexibility we face” following up with the belief that “they can draw you into an imaginary world with any kind of puppet if the story works.”
