Thrilled to see Nexus Studios represented at this year’s Ciclope Awards with Back Market’s ‘The Monster’ being recognised on the animation shortlist. The award ceremony will be held on November 9th – be sure to keep your fingers crossed for us!

Held annually since 2013, Ciclope has grown to be one of the most prestigious events in the advertising and entertainment industries, welcoming top talent to Berlin for a 3-day live event. Next to networking, presentations and keynotes by industry legends, the award ceremony is a headline event. 

‘The Monster’ – Seamlessly blending puppetry, stop motion, and 2D, director Johnny Kelly’s spot felt right at home in the 2D and Stop Motion category for the awards. ‘The Monster’ tells a heartwarming story of an unlikely pair of puppet heroes learning about the benefits of conscious consumption and the dangers of the alternatives. So much dedication and passion was poured into the creation of this work so we couldn’t be more chuffed by this nomination.
