Back by popular demand, Nexus Studios teamed up with Havas Play and EE to gamify the nation for EE Game Day 2024. This year, our Experience Design took it to the next level, tapping into platforms from TikTok to Fortnite and beyond. No matter where you are in the country, join us on Saturday, 7th September, for 24 hours of nonstop gaming, epic challenges, and the chance to win some incredible prizes.

Headlining the day are three of UK’s top gaming streamers – Josh, Tobi and Ethan from Sidemen. They’ll be hosting a live stream on Twitch to play a bespoke Fortnite Island alongside fans to find the hidden Game Chests. The island is packed with a series of mini-games, including the reflex-testing Tile Tower, Foosball Frenzy which is set in a digital version of Wembley stadium, and High Street Hop. For a sneak peek check out the trailer, directed by Nexus Studios’ Mike Anderson.

Fortnite not your thing? No worries – we’ve got something for everyone. We’re also transforming Brighton Pier into EE Gull Bop, a Whac-A-Mole inspired AR game. Access the experience by scanning location-specific QR codes and then just point your phone at the iconic building to bop the gulls and rack up points.

Or, head to any EE billboard or store and scan the QR code to be transported to Wembley Stadium. In EE Wembley Goal Run you dribble the ball down the pitch before smashing it into the back of the net to score points. Prefer a different endless runner? Try your hand at EE Cross Country Run avoiding obstacles without crashing while exploring the four nations.

You can also jump onto TikTok with the EE Moonshot Mission. Just search ‘EE Game Day’ in TikTok Effects and control the robot to collect batteries by tilting your head. Collect enough points for a chance to win even more prizes.

With so much to play and so much to win, be sure not to miss EE Game Day this Saturday, 7th September!
