We are proud to announce that ‘Welcome to the City of Love’, our love letter to Paris created for BBC’s Olympics coverage, has been nominated for a prestigious BAFTA Craft Award in the Titles and Graphic Identity category.

Produced by Nexus Studios and directed by Fx Goby, the film transports audiences to a stunning 2D-animated Paris, drawing a poetic parallel between romantic love and the deep passion athletes have for their sports.

This nomination is a testament to the incredible collaboration between Nexus Studios and the BBC and BBC Creative, as well as the exceptional artists, animators, producers, and more that brought this vision to life. We’re over the moon to see our work recognised among the best in television craft. Congratulations to all our fellow nominees.
