We’re over the moon to announce that Gorillaz Presents has been recognised not once, not twice, but three times over at Cannes Lions. Working closely with Google and Gorillaz, we created an unforgettable experience for fans. Directors, Jamie Hewlett and Fx Goby ambitiously transformed iconic locations in New York and London into stages for the world’s most famous virtual band, Gorillaz.
We love to see this groundbreaking project recognised in both the Digital Craft Lions for Experience Design and Metaverse, New Realities & Emerging Tech and Entertainment Lions for Music in the Metaverse, New Realities & Emerging Tech category. A massive thank you to our friends at Google and Eleven Management and the whole team who helped bring it to life.
