Delving into the colourful array of characters and comics that make up Haein & Paul’s new dual-sided art book, It’s Nice That’s Ayla Angelos talked to the talented duo about how they created the “fresh and juicy” content. 

Brimming with joyful illustrations about life’s small moments and universal experiences, Mystery Friend is divided into two, with the creatives having one half of the book each. “It’s very different to how we work together in animation,” Haein explains, which involves a lot more “brain melding”.
