Join visionary Director, Fx Goby as he talks through his captivating portfolio as part of Annecy Festival’s MIFA Campus programme. Fx will discuss his diverse approach to filmmaking, which spans 2D and 3D animation, live action, and everything in between.

Working closely with artist and Gorillaz co-creator Jamie Hewlett, Fx was entrusted to give the world’s most famous virtual band, Gorillaz, a super-stylised new look in 3D as they burst back on the scene with a new album, leading to a series of ground-breaking multi-platform activations. Gorillaz’s Silent Running music video directed by Jamie Hewlett and Fx Goby is part of the Official Competition at Annecy International Animation Film Festival 2023.
