Finding originality in the most unusual of places, Laurie Rowan was tasked with creating a memorable animation to to build anticipation around the upcoming shots Awards ‘The Americas’, the resulting digital stop motion film is a glorious satirisation of the creative process and the drive to find that one, award-winning gem of an idea that the rest of the industry so desperately wishes they had thought of themselves.

The piece was written and directed by Laurie, who worked with a small team at Nexus Studios to design the rich and tactile world, entirely in 3D.
