Annecy International Animation Festival is the animation hotspot where talent, commissioners, artists, students and aspirants gather to rejoice in the magic of the medium. We’re so excited to be returning this year, with a range of activity worthy of celebration:

First up is our stop-motion anthology, The House, which will be screened as part of the Official Program for ‘TV Films’

Following closely behind is another stop-motion delight, A Future Begins, Directed by Johnny Kelly which’ll also screen within the Official Program, for ‘Commissioned Films’. See screening times below.

We’re also proud sponsors for this year’s Women in Animation World Summit, taking place on Monday 13th from 9:30AM. Our Film & Episodic team will be in attendance supporting the agenda of diversifying the industry. Read more here.

Further, we’ll be joining our friends at Epic Games on a number of activities, including a panel discussion where our Co-Founder Chris O’Reilly, will share insight into how real-time technology is paving the way for a revolution in animated entertainment.

And last, but certainly not least, our Head of Resourcing Nat Bussuttil and CG Lead Nico Domerego will be based at Epic’s MIFA booth on Wednesday 15th between 2pm and 4pm hoping to catch real-time enthusiasts. We currently have a number of positions in the real-time department that are up for grabs. Don’t miss them!

The jam-packed week no doubt promises thrills, and what a better way to savour them, than with our peers on the beautiful French lake.
