With Covid restrictions severely limiting on-location filming, a new approach was required. The solution came in two stages. First, the full sequence was choreographed in detail. This choreography then informed the camera movements, which were captured on location, without any performers present. Later, character performances were motion-captured and added into the shots, enabling precise, expressive storytelling without a single physical performer on set.

The result is visually refined and emotionally resonant, with a striking contrast between the stark monochromatic city and the golden fabrics, delicately rendered and full of movement.
