‘A Toast of the Times’ captures three-time GRAMMY-nominated, spoken word artist, J. Ivy as he pens down his thoughts about pioneers. Director, Carlos López Estrada teamed up with Mighty Nice to elevate the spot through clever animated flourishes. Carlos fused together live-action and 2D animation to create this fast-paced ode to creativity and those who break boundaries in their fields.

The spot marks the first activation from The Bulleit Pioneer Project, a multi-year campaign that brings to life the brand’s commitment to amplifying emerging and underrepresented voices across art, sustainability, food, and technology.
