In collaboration with Three, Chelsea and creative agency Boys+Girls, we created the world’s first virtual jersey launch, allowing fans to play a deeper role within the club they love.

Launched for the fans, by the fans, the activation enabled supporters to try on the new season shirt and proudly share a picture of them sporting it with the world. Exclusively available on WhatsApp, fans took a picture of themselves, sent it to a specific number then, in an instant, received an image back of them in the brand new kit, 3D rendered to size and scale.

Launched across Three and Chelsea’s social channels, reaching a combined 36m followers, the activation brought fans and the club closer together in a period where live sporting experiences have been threatened by the impact of Covid-19.
