Factory Fifteen directed the campaign for the 2017-18 International Woolmark Prize in Florence. Their task was to develop a theme and visual identity for the awards, loyal to the brand that spoke of innovation.
They came up with the motif ‘Disrupt the Thread’, and applied it to several pieces of content for the live show and digital, including a choreographed catwalk projection sequence, an interactive installation, graphic design, website assets and social media posts.
They created an interactive animated thread curtain for the stage, where the collections would be revealed, that was disrupted by proximity and body movement. During the reveal itself the thread came to life with a 3 minute animated sequence that ran in time with the models.
