In his animated short film, “Hot Future,” Mike created a post-apocalyptic world where dancing is the key to survival. The film garnered attention for its clever movie trope parodies, witty humour, and captivating choreography. Collaborating with co-creator Ryan Dickie, Mike utilised motion and performance capture to enhance the comedic dance sequences, while the combination of real-time textured CG animation contributed to its distinctive visual style.
