The five-part ‘In Ashes’ animated series, directed by Mike Anderson brings The Smashing Pumpkins’ frontman Billy Corgan’s vision to life in a highly stylised 2D animation. The first two videos from Deep Sky’s series take place in the Pacific Northwest, starting with some distant, futuristic views of a city before moving into the forest, with the story transcending into garish and trippy territory, capturing both dystopia and paradise in equal measure.
