We’re thrilled to announce that several of our projects have been shortlisted at this year’s Manchester Animation Festival. We’re proud to showcase such a diverse range of styles and techniques at the UK’s largest celebration of animation

Among the nominees is Fx Goby’s expertly crafted BBC Paris Olympics film ‘Welcome to the City of Love’ for BBC Creative, which has been shortlisted in the Commissioned Film category. This beautiful piece is a dynamic and moving tribute to sporting passion, taking viewers on an evocative journey through Paris.

Also making waves at the festival are four films from our ‘This is Your Brain on Food’ campaign for Postmates, a creative collaboration between Nexus Studios and Mother LA. These films, which have also been shortlisted in the Commissioned Film category, were led by a talented group of directors and creatives including Laurie Rowan, Shynola, Harry Butt, and Angela Kirkwood. Each brings its own unique perspective to the campaign, transforming everyday cravings into vibrant, surreal animations that explore the quirky relationship between our minds and what we eat.
